Yes — every ROYAL&BIO ritual is rooted in genuine Moroccan tradition. Our argan oil, beldi black soaps, and botanicals are sourced directly from Moroccan farmers and women's cooperatives, and prepared using time-honoured methods. Authenticity is the heart of everything we make.

For most skin, once a week is ideal to cleanse, exfoliate, and reveal a smooth, radiant glow — just as in a traditional hammam. Between rituals, apply our pure oils daily to keep skin soft and nourished.

After applying black soap to damp skin and letting it sit for 5–10 minutes, rinse off most of the soap, step away from direct water, and scrub in firm, upward strokes until dead skin rolls away. Rinse thoroughly and finish with argan oil. Rinse the glove after each use and let it air dry.

Absolutely — our Moroccan Liquid Gold Argan Oil is a true multi-use treatment. Press a few drops onto clean skin, smooth through hair mid-lengths and ends, or massage into hands, elbows, and cuticles. It's lightweight, fast-absorbing, and won't clog pores.

Because our oils and soaps are pure and crafted in small batches, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For best results, use within 12 months of opening.

Yes. ROYAL&BIO products are made from pure, natural ingredients and are free from parabens, sulfates, and synthetic fillers. We keep our formulas as close to their traditional Moroccan origins as possible — nothing that doesn't belong.

Our ingredients are gentle and traditionally used across all skin types, including sensitive skin. That said, everyone's skin is unique, so we always recommend a patch test before first use (see below).

Yes, we recommend it for any new product. Apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours. If no irritation appears, you're ready to enjoy your ritual. If you have a known allergy or a skin condition, consult your doctor first.

Our products are made from pure, natural ingredients, but every pregnancy is different. If you are pregnant or nursing, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before starting any new skincare product.

We ship across Canada and the United States, with international shipping to destinations available at checkout. If your country is not available, contact support@royalandbio.com before ordering.

Allow 1–2 business days for order preparation, followed by an estimated 2–5 business days in transit for Canada and the United States. For other available destinations, transit takes an estimated 3–8 business days, depending on the country. Estimated total time is 3–7 business days for Canada and the United States, or 4–10 business days internationally. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier or customs delays may occur. You will receive a tracking link when your order ships.

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll be glad to help. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
